Experience the Beauty and Innovation of Japanese Art!

Shasta College proudly presents a rare and vibrant exhibition of Japanese woodblock prints, featuring iconic masterpieces from the Edo period to the present day. Discover the artistic genius behind Katsushika Hokusai’s legendary "The Great Wave off Kanagawa," alongside the meditative abstractions of Reika Iwami and the dynamic works of leading Ukiyo-e and Sōsaku-hanga artists. Many of the pieces will be available for sale to support the Shasta College student show awards. The closing reception will take place on April 16 at 12:00 p.m. in Building 300 and will coincide with the Cultural Day that will be hosted by Shasta College.
